With the goal of introducing a more effective and natural way to manage stress, myAir was developed with the first personalized nutrition solution for stress management, they gathered a team of world-renown researchers, scientists, clinical herbalists, nutrition experts, physicians, and professors from leading universities, along with a top-notch technology team.
FAQ
What is the personalization quiz for?
The personalization quiz found on our website, and on the WhatsApp myAir coach app is one of the main tools we use to create a stress profile in order to best serve your stress management and cognitive needs. In research we conducted with GARMIN Health, we discovered that 2 main stressors ultimately dominate the rest - therefore, our personalization quiz reveals to us your 2 main stressors. From there, we create a personalized plan for each consumer based on their dominant stress effects, which you’ll be able to find on your Personal Dashboard. Everyone’s body is unique and each mind is different. Our AI- based algorithm tailors a personalized nutritional recommendation for each individual consumer.
What are adaptogens?
Tiny and powerful, adaptogens (also known as botanical terpenes) are highly active, aromatic molecules responsible for both taste and aroma in plants and fruits. In the most basic sense, adaptogens are the building blocks of scent and flavor. When you distill essential oils down even further, you’re able to create specific terpene isolates. Adaptogens are organic hydrocarbons produced by most plants. Different adaptogens can help to ease pain, reduce inflammation, lower anxiety, increase calmness, enhance cognitive performance, and make it easier to fall and stay asleep. Most plants contain adaptogens—there are about 20,000 different adaptogens that are known to exist in the natural world. Research has shown that different adaptogens have natural sedative and hypnotic effects. You hear those terms a lot in connection with natural and pharmaceutical sleep medications.
